Asplan Viak have designed a blue-green roof that recreates a type of flora native to the Oslo fjord, atop the cultural hub Vega Scene. The roof brings life back to an ecologically dead zone, while also serving as an advanced stormwater management system, prepared to handle severe weather conditions.
