We are currently seeking a BIM Expert to join Nordic’s world-class BIM team, winners of both national and international awards. Here, you will have the chance to work on a diverse range of project sizes and sectors and enhance your skills in the technology related to improving architectural design.
Experience
We are seeking a candidate with a strong interest in staying ahead of the curve and developing innovative solutions for BIM applications in projects. You should enjoy working with a team and have strong collaboration skills.
- - Technician, a degree in BIM or strong relevant experience as BIM expertise
- - Well-experienced with an in-depth knowledge of Autodesk Revit software / Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC)
- - Experience creating Revit families and upholding project standards
- - Experience generating new BIM solutions to solve project inefficiencies
- - Teamwork skills, able to work in a team and manage BIM requirements in projects
- - Experience in checking BIM models and maintaining project standards
- - Forward thinking and an innovative approach to project methodologies in BIM
- - Previous knowledge from the building industry is beneficial
- - Programming knowledge (dynamo) is beneficial but not required
- - Interest in generative design/analytical BIM is beneficial but not required
- - Experience with handling point clouds
Responsibilities
- - Practical setup of models, including drawing setup, project properties, file exchange, etc.
- - Compilation of model exports in a multidisciplinary view model
- - Setup and execution of collision checks, quantity take-off in Solibri or alike, etc.
- - Documentation of model setup and practical implementation of BIM routines for the project team
- - Assist with the modelling of building elements in Nordic's design tools
- - Improve efficiency in the project using BIM (automation, scripting, follow-up of BIM routines)
- - Participate in Nordic's Design Technology group, contribute to developing standards and best practices
