Snøhetta Oslo’s team of 11 diverse and ambitious interior architects is growing, and we are now looking to strengthen our team with an open, flexible, and enthusiastic addition to our interior team. As an Interior Architect in Snøhetta, you will be welcomed into an open and transdisciplinary team. You will be involved in a wide range of international projects, given engaging challenges and learning opportunities both internal and external to the office.

Formal requirements and competence
Master’s degree in interior architecture.
3+ years of experience working in the interior architect field.
Analytical approach to interior architecture.
Experience with all phases of interior architectural design development.
Experience working with multidisciplinary teams.
Strong conceptual and spatial understanding.
Outstanding communication skills and ability to develop and present the Interior field.
International Experience with international large-scale projects is an asset.
High ambitions on sustainability.

Requirements for technical competence
Excellent rendering and visualization abilities.
Confident in Rhino and Revit.
Knowledge in environmental design tools such as One-Click LCA.
High knowledge of innovative materials. 
Experienced in programming larger projects.
Experience in both individual execution of projects as well as close work within teams with various disciplines involved.

Desired personal qualifications 
High proficiency in English is required.
Works with passion and eagerness to share with strong personal responsibility.
Loves to work in teams and appreciates the process of developing in collaboration.
Comfortable on deep water.
Dissatisfied with yesterday's solutions and a fearless approach to innovation and re-invention.
